First, remember that you technically work "with" something, not "on" it in Spanish, so "trabajando con mi español". Also, when you were saying "consiguiendo mejor," did you mean "i'm getting better?" There's a very for "to get better" and it's "mejorar," thus, "mejorando." Otra vez, la mayoría fue buena. Eres completamente capaz de ser entendido!

hi chris, hmmm good question where to start do you have a book or something so we have an idea what to start with? if not i think we start with the standard stuff you will need as a tourist in germany. what do you think? but don't get mislead by people like th e chinese guy who wants to be fluent in six months. wishful thinking. i do have IM, my linux supports most protocols ms/yahoo/icq but doesn't have all the features of the proprietary messengers. time difference is 7 hours to central time zone. peter
